Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Séfan Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
